These messages are deleted after 12 months.
This institutional website has no login, forms or operational cookies. It does not accept service requests, private photographs or documents. The language is indicated in the URL.
Hosting generates technical access records, such as network address, date and time, requested resource and response status, for security and availability. These records are separate from email messages; the 12-month period above applies to the messages.

The drafts below describe a future professional service. Their references to accounts, sessions, photographs, credentials and infrastructure do not describe this institutional website. They are not policies or contracts in force.
Data and purposes to explain
The design includes Core identification, Banknote membership and session, requests, original and derived photographs, messages, documents, events and notifications. Authentication, case handling and abuse prevention are distinct purposes. A Core account does not open another customer’s case or files.
Access and infrastructure
Customers, authorised staff and technical functions have different scopes. The architecture uses Firebase services and Core components; it cannot be described as having no external storage or technical recipients. Operator, applicable legal bases, recipients and transfers need specific validation.
Retention and rights requests
Periods and criteria for records, files, events and residues depend on an approved policy. Session validity is not case retention. Export or deletion must not be represented as performed without a verifiable result and authorised channel. This draft requests no consent and changes no accepted contract.
