A request should identify the specimen, supplied information and intended result. Administrative receipt does not confirm professional approval. Quotation and acceptance, when part of an approved service, must be recorded before the corresponding work; browsing alone creates no contract.
Documents and review
A document should identify scope, responsibility, version, conclusions and limitations. Corrections, complaints and invalidations need a traceable route. Photographs, a receipt or a reference record do not promise automatic issue.
Conditions not yet fixed
Prices, turnaround times, cancellation, refunds, shipping, custody, insurance, return and jurisdiction require applicable institutional decisions. Do not send physical items without instructions and prior acceptance. This draft defines none of these policies and requests no agreement to unapproved conditions.
